gemjl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are credited to your gemjl wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. gemjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gemjl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For material changes, we will provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
